该职位来源于猎聘 【Job Title】Fittings Product Engineer / 五金产品工程师 【Role Objective】 As a key member of Fittings R&D Asia, you will be responsible for design and development of new technologies that will enhance our competitive edge in the fittings category. This includes innovative solutions for faucets, showers, and advanced water systems for purifying, heating, and cooling of water. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of global and regional stakeholders, adjacent R&D functions. Notably, you will work closely with our German R&D team for Grohe products and engage with suppliers, primarily based in China. 【Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities】Design and develop new products through a stage gate process.Develop new advanced technologies.Maintenance of launched products.Optimize and improve existing products.Cost and quality improvement. 【Job Specifications(Experience & Knowledge)】Bachelor and above in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial EngineeringGood at English listening, speaking, reading and writingUnderstanding of Asia fittings product trends, needs, and industry norms/standardsBe familiar with NPD & manufacturing process in fittings related products, including FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.Minimum 3 years of mechanical engineering experience in a product development environment, including 3D CAD modeling (preferably Solid Edge)Experience using PDM systems, preferably SAPPositive mindsets to seek change and embrace challengesMust be able to travel occasionallyPreferred: Professional experience in fittings-related companies or suppliers
