By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.Job DescriptionTakes ownership of the Wireless/Wireline portfolioProvides directions, develops strategies and plans, for the products within the portfolioDefines and updates standard product specifications and service levels based on market trends/customer needsEnsures profitability of assigned portfolio. Optimizing product costs where necessary to drive profitabilityManages the lifecycle of the products, identifies, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to define a product roadmapConsolidates demand forecast within the portfolio, and initiates business viability for potential infrastructure development required to support the demand.Leads the extended product team (project delivery and support teams) to deliver product specifications and required product experience.Drives the extended product team to provide all relevant documentation for the products in the portfolio such as but not limited to: vendor contracts/agreements, product deck and product information sheets, product end-to-end process, FAQs, billing-related information, customer experience / journey, training materials, etc.Provides inputs to segment and trade marketing for go-to-market plans and approach.
