Become part of Tanso and help leverage the power of data and AI for climate impact. As a Product Intern (f/m/x), you will be a fully integrated part of our product team and support us in launching new product initiatives that help industrial companies make sustainable, data-driven decisions.You will work closely with Christoph (Product Lead) and our product team to gain full exposure to how we discover, validate, and ship new product features. This internship is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, learn how product development works end-to-end, and have a direct impact on how our customers use Tanso.Previous interns at Tanso have driven complete workstreams independently — from understanding user needs, coordinating across teams, running experiments, to supporting delivery.How you succeedAdvance data-driven product initiativesSupport the product team on discovery and validation work for new ideas and features with a focus on data and AICoordinate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to keep projects movingTake ownership of product initiatives and bring them from idea to execution Contribute to and improve our product operationsPlay an active role in enabling Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of the company to understand and communicate new featuresImprove how we collect, structure, and track user feedback, helping the team make better decisionsHelp refine how we work in product overall: decision-making, documentation, communication, and alignment Bring your own ideas and be close to our usersGather input from customers and internal stakeholders and identify the biggest levers to make our customers successful in their daily work Pitch and prototype ideas on how to reduce time-to-value for users, educate through suggestions, or how to nudge them to improve their data quality Proactively take responsibility for improving Tanso's product and how we work as a team Why Tanso?Your work helps producing companies integrate sustainability in their decision making.
