Product Lead - Institutional DeFi Lending Location: Remote - Paris or remote (GMT -5 to +2)Compensation: $100K - $150KWe are a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol experiencing explosive growth, with over $9 billion in assets supplied on the platform. We are seeking a Product Lead to drive our Prime Products vertical as we establish ourselves as a cornerstone of the new internet-native financial system.As Product Lead, you will own the strategy and execution for our prime product vertical, focused on advanced users, institutions, and Curators. This role requires developing a deep understanding of the protocol, the competitive lending landscape (both CeFi and DeFi), and the specific risk management needs of large capital allocators. You will work across the organization—with engineering, design, data, and protocol teams—to ship industry-shaping products.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Vision: Set the product vision and strategy for the Prime Products vertical, executing it with a world-class engineering teamStakeholder Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our various stakeholders (Curators, Institutions, Pro Users), their needs, and requirementsMarket Intelligence: Deeply understand the wider crypto lending space, both centralized and decentralized, including market trends and competitorsFeature Ownership: Shape the products that Curators, Institutions, and Pro Users rely on to manage risk and exposure on the protocolCollaboration: Work directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products from concept through launchRequirementsProduct Experience: 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading spaceDomain Expertise: Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFiInstitutional Exposure: Experience working with large institutions, funds, or capital allocators in DeFi or Traditional FinanceTechnical Fluency: Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, etc.)Product Delivery: Proven experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 productsSoft Skills: Exceptional organization and communication skills with a low-ego, high-ownership mindsetBenefitsImpact: Join a protocol with over $9 billion in supplied assets, positioning your work as the new standard for DeFi lendingFunding: Work for a highly stable and well-funded organization backed by major industry VCsLocation: Remote-first role, allowing flexibility within the time zones of GMT -5 up to GMT +2 to ensure sufficient overlap with the global teamCulture: Join a team of high-caliber contributors dedicated to shaping the future of a new internet-native financial systemDue to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
