You bring a deep understanding of enterprise software environments and know how to translate complex systems into clear, actionable learning experiences. With a passion for building scalable enablement frameworks, you design programs that make technical growth measurable and engaging from onboarding to advanced certification. You’re as comfortable interviewing engineers and exploring code repositories as you are developing curriculum strategy or leading content teams. You value clarity, precision, and real-world applicability, ensuring that every learning path not only teaches, but empowers. Above all, you see learning as a force multiplier that drives technical excellence, organizational alignment, and customer success.Position Overview:You own the strategy and execution for developing role-based learning paths, hands-on technical labs, and structured enablement programs for our internal technical teams, starting with Professional Services. You lead our Technical Writer (your direct report), partner with Product and Engineering, and establish a modern learning foundation that can extend to Partners and Customers in future phases.Key Responsibilities Professional Services Learning ArchitectureInterview engineers, PS consultants, and architects to understand workflows, tools, and required technical depth at each level (New Hire → Junior PS → Senior PS). Develop a complete, measurable learning path and competency framework for PS team members. Define all supporting materials: lab exercises, technical walkthroughs, challenge activities, and assessments. Partner with the Technical Writer to create clear, modern, reusable learning materials supporting each learning objective. Build mechanisms for progress tracking, certification, and reinforcement. Knowledge Extraction & Documentation RecoverySystematically extract tribal knowledge from engineers via recorded interviews, shadowing, and source code exploration. Create a centralized source of truth for documentation, bridging Notion, and code repositories. Establish version-controlled standards and workflows for technical documentation updates. Product Release EnablementPartner with Product Management to ensure every new release includes internal training content, lab guides, and solution documentation. Define repeatable templates and timelines for how documentation and training support product launches. Lead the Technical Writer in producing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting guides as well as supporting learning programs tied to each product module. Cross-Department Technical TrainingExpand the learning framework to other technical teams (Integration Engineering, Product Engineering, QA, Security, etc.). Identify skill gaps and develop learning paths to improve technical fluency, efficiency, and onboarding speed. Introduce blended learning approaches, combining documentation, guided labs, sandbox environments, and self-paced learning. Future Programs: Partner & Customer EnablementDevelop a roadmap for Partner Certification and Customer Education programs to support scalability and external adoption. Define how internal technical enablement evolves into public learning programs (DataStealth University). QualificationsMust-Haves8+ years of experience in technical learning, enablement, or documentation leadership roles. Deep understanding of enterprise software environments, especially in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance contexts. Proven ability to design role-based learning programs and technical certification frameworks. Experience leading technical writers or instructional designers. Familiarity with modern documentation stacks (Markdown, Git-based docs, Notion, Confluence, etc.). Exceptional ability to translate complex, code-level systems into structured, accessible learning content. Comfortable with source code analysis, system diagrams, and product architectures, ideally in Java-based systems. Nice-to-HavesExperience with LMS or LXP platforms (Moodle, Litmos, Docebo, etc.). Background in Professional Services, DevOps, or Technical Architecture. Knowledge of PCI DSS, data security, or compliance-driven environments. Prior experience building Partner or Customer Enablement Programs. Strong understanding of adult learning theory and experiential education design.
