You’ll be at the heart of how Morphoses grows — shaping go-to-market strategies, driving adoption, and building lasting engagement with our learners, parents, and corporate partners around the world.In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Content & Community, Design, and Product Team to understand user needs, uncover market insights, and communicate clear, consistent value across every touchpoint. You’ll focus on the full user journey — from awareness and activation to retention and advocacy — ensuring every interaction reinforces Morphoses’ mission of helping young people reach their full potential.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Product Team to develop experiences and messaging to acquire, engage, and retain kids/tutors/parents throughout the user journeys.Develops a deep knowledge of our target market and is responsible for positioning, value proposition development, messaging, and naming in partnership with consumer research and analytics.Own marketing campaigns from end to end: manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning and execution, and report on individual campaign results and bigger-picture trends.Managing user research efforts, using quantitative and qualitative analysis, and problem-solving skills to synthesize results and share findings across the organization.Driving go-to-market planning for new features and product releases - Work cross-functionally to set & drive towards quantitative goals for all GTM campaignsStrong follow-through from planning, to successful delivery, to look-backs and reporting.Capture and synthesize results, takeaways, and standard methodology to enable continuous improvement in GTM plans and outcomes.Build and scale Morphoses’ presence across social media and digital channels, increasing awareness globally.Qualifications2+ years of marketing experience in SaaS Excellent communication skills in both English and the Greek languageBSc/Ba in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field of studyFamiliar with product-led growth and product marketing tacticsAn analytical mind and solid qualitative skillsCreative and problem-solving mindsetWorking knowledge of web analytics toolsDesign and copywriting skills are a plusExperience in market/competition analysisExperience in go-to-market planning for new features and product releasesBenefitsStock option planCompetitive SalaryTicket Restaurant cards (132 euros monthly)You can expect to be given the time and space to experiment and come up with elegant solutions.
