Product Management Intern - Shopee (Fall 2025)

Job DescriptionCollaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to bring ideas to lifeCreate product solutions for both internal and external end-users; initiate, analyse, propose, launch and maintain app productsWork with Product Managers by using data to understand customer behaviour and performance of features; be data-driven in estimating size of impact and determining prioritisationGather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose further iterationsHelp deliver product solutions with high business impact, working closely with designers and engineers throughout the development processRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferredExcellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skillsUnderstanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferredData-driven, strong ability in analysing data to derive insights and make decisionsAdaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environmentFull-time interns preferred (3-6 months)Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
