As sustainability is the guiding principle of the Mercedes-Benz strategy and for the company itself, this means creating lasting value for all stakeholders: for customers, employees, investors, business partners and society as a whole.Objective:Offer the most attractive product portfolio in the Luxury Segment of Mexico and the LATAM region, maximizing profitability through optimal pricing strategies. Plan sales volumes, manage the car park orders for Mexico, and steer regional operations in LATAM. Ensure that all models comply with homologation requirements and CO₂ regulations.Day to day (main tasks):Supervise the product portfolio throughout the complete life cycle by defining pricing, engine, version, equipment, and optional package strategies for Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Maybach, and EQ brands. Ensure leadership in the Mexican and LATAM luxury segments while maximizing profitability (group contribution). Develop medium- and long-term portfolio strategies to continuously improve performance.Plan sales volumes in alignment with market requirements, Management, and stakeholders (Kufri & MAD (Market Alignment Discussion)) to ensure optimal stock levels. React promptly to changing environments to maintain balanced inventory.Order the car park in alignment with the sales plan and take rates of optional equipment, coordinating with Product Management, Sales Planning, Sales, Stock Controllers, and the Agent Network.Coordinate pricing, positioning, equipment, and group contribution negotiations with MBAG Overseas (Sales & Controlling) for the entire Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Maybach, EQ, and Mercedes me portfolio.Supervise successful product launches through the Launch Readiness and Product Committee.Ensure compliance with homologation, certification, and CO₂ regulations in Mexico for the product portfolio to mitigate financial and legal risks.Profile:Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar.Previous experience: 5-8 years in similar positions in automotive industryLanguages: Advanced EnglishAdditional Qualifications: Knowledge of the Mexican Automotive Industry and Market, in product positioning and project management· Location: CDMX (Santa Fe)The power of being unique.Diversity & Inclusion at Mercedes-Benz.
