Our goal is to become the main engine of the Internet so we can create a more open web for all.Job DescriptionAs a product manager, you'll lead the development and enhancement of tools that empower users to effectively manage their customers and build meaningful interactions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, establish KPIs, and deliver impactful solutions that help users grow and thrive online.In your day-to-day, you will:Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, user interviews, data analysis, wireframing, defining product scope, setting KPIs, and guiding the product from development to launch Collaborate with experts across various disciplines to quickly deliver impactful analytics solutions that enable users to make data-driven decisions and grow their online presence Enhance product quality by leveraging user feedback, data insights, usability testing, and other methodsQualifications3+ years of experience in product management or a related role Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product direction In-depth knowledge of the AI/ML landscape and its application for creating user-focused products Strong business acumen with a user-centric mindset Proven track record of ownership and execution, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationYou’ll join the CRM team within Wix's product guild. The product guild defines the strategy and scope of tools and products at Wix, working closely with UX, BA, design, content, development, and operations teams to deliver significant impact and value. The CRM team focuses on creating innovative tools that empower users to manage customer relationships, understand their audience, and drive business growth. By researching the market and understanding the needs of our diverse user base- from SMBs and enterprises to independent users, agencies, and entrepreneurs- the team ensures users can build meaningful connections with their customers.
