This role takes leadership-defined strategic bets and turns them into fast, measurable MVPs. It’s hands-on, high-velocity work — building, testing, deciding, and moving on. Not backlog management. Not feature iteration. Real validation and real calls.What You’ll DoScope and ship lean MVPs tied to company-level growth bets.Prototype using no-code, scripts, or prompt-based workflows to learn quickly.Run pilots end-to-end — recruit users, set metrics upfront, instrument, and decide whether to scale, adjust, or stop.Analyze funnel and cohort data and share clear readouts tied to decisions.Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Support, BizOps, and Legal/Compliance to make sure launches are real and supportable.Define what it takes for MVPs to graduate to GA — owners, support flows, and monitoring.What This Role Isn’tThis is not geographic expansion, not feature polish, and not project coordination.It’s hands-on product building with shifting priorities, short cycles, and clear accountability for outcomes.What Success Looks Like EarlyTranslate 1–2 strategic bets into scoped MVPs with clear metrics and learning plans.Launch at least one pilot with instrumentation and decision thresholds agreed in advance.Establish a weekly cadence of concise updates and decisions.Requirements: 3–5 years in Product Management or experience as a founder/early employee.A record of shipping customers-facing work and running measurable pilots.Hands-on build skills: low/no-code tools (Retool, Make, n8n, Zapier), lightweight scripts, and prompt-driven flows.Vibe coding experience with Loveable, Base44, or any other tool.Experimentation basics: A/B tests, funnel and cohort analysis; comfort with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap. SQL is a plus.Strong execution: clear scoping, tight timelines, crisp communication.Ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
