Pharco CorporationJob Purpose:Lead the product lifecycle management, develop and execute strategies to build and enhance the product’s market presence and drive sales growth. Manages brand positioning, conduct marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. In addition, he/she analyzes market trends and customer insights to optimize brand performance and ensure successful product launches.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and promotional plans. Ensure successful product launches.Develop and manage the product’s budget, including forecasting, P&L management, conferences, events, and product launches.Manage the product lifecycle and monitor product performance, market conditions, and marketing adjustments to strategy as necessary to maximize product success.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Evaluate and select key marketing opportunities, such as industry conferences and promotional events, to maximize brand visibility and impact. Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, legal, supply chain, and sales to ensure timely and efficient product development, approval, alignment on marketing strategies and commercialization. Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Use this information to refine product strategy and improve product offerings.Construct and implement the annual marketing plans for the products in alignment with the marketing manager by organizing actions, tactics, and priorities. Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Conduct marketing activities to serve customers’ needs in collaboration with the sales and medical departments. Ensure proper implementation of the field force on using the promotional material.Assess product performance as per IMS data, analyze competitor data, and identify customer insights to develop a customer-centric comprehensive approach.Develop, maintain, and retain a solid business relationship with key opinion leaders (KOLs).Strategically evaluate and select key marketing opportunities, such as industry conferences and promotional events, to maximize brand visibility and impact.Oversee the planning and execution of marketing activities to ensure alignment with the brand’s strategic goals and effective use of resources.Conduct product knowledge orientation sessions for new hires to ensure they are well-versed in brand and product details.Update existing medical representatives on the latest trends, product developments, and industry insights to keep them informed and effective in their roles.Communicate with vendors to implement marketing initiatives and ideas, including overseeing the design and production of promotional materials and products in compliance with the company’s policies.
