Product Manager - Order Conversion, Buyer & Marketing

Job DescriptionDefine and execute product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experienceImprove key metrics with a specific focus on driving order conversion within the Shopee AppDesign solutions that enhance the user experience within the buyer journey within Shopee AppConduct in-depth analysis on user behavior to propose potential improvements and new strategies to continuously improve the topline metrics and conversionDrive operation efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflowWork with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily lifeWork with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedbackTake ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of productsRequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics or a related science/tech field preferredPrior minimum 1 year of working experience in product management or data analytics experience in the consumer experience fieldSelf-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environmentEffectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writingGood critical thinking and data-based decision-making skillsAdaptable, open-minded, quick learnerCares deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystemExperience in toC product design, or prior working with data scientists or machine learning engineers is a plus
