The team works closely to understand and prioritize requirements, ensuring that product solutions align with business objectives. The team is responsible for driving content-related product improvements, optimizing platform performance, and enhancing the overall user experience. By collaborating across teams, we help shape strategies, roadmaps, and features that impact millions of users. Join us to bridge product and business needs to drive meaningful innovations in content and live streaming.Job DescriptionBridge between local teams and regional Product Managers to assess all aspects of Video & Live streaming product feature requirements from both business and product perspectivesEnsure the communication of new feature development & localisation to local teams (Proposals, UAT, A/B Test, Rollout to local teams, troubleshooting)Manage requests from internal stakeholders, support the end-to-end product operations from project planning, execution, to reporting and measuring of performanceEnsure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines with good quality.Explore video and live streaming content trends by conducting regular research and analysis on market trends, trending topics, trending effects, etcDrive the enhancement of the overall feature performance and user experience to achieve higher impact with developers and product managersRequirementsFinal-year or Penultimate student currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or relevant disciplines from a recognised universityExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving, logical thinkingHigh energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environmentGood project management skills, with keen interest in driving business outcomesPractical knowledge of SQL are preferredFull-time (3 to 6 months with LOA) applicants preferredPart-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
