Product Manager - User, Buyer & Marketing

Job DescriptionChampion new user conversion initiatives, deliver seamless UX for account registration, login and account management for Shopee marketplaceLead initiatives to drive user retention via Shopee loyalty programs and membership systems Drive user engagement and traffic to key business modules by optimising user interactions and overall experience in MePageDrive Shopee account shared service (login SDK, consent management, partner platform, etc) and spearhead the integration with partnersInnovate scalable infrastructure and user friendly tools for access control in accordance with internal data security policies and external SOX complianceFacilitate and foster cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, design and engineering teams to deliver high quality and scalable productsTake ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of productsRequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Computer Science and Engineering or a related science/tech field preferredPrior minimum 1 year of working experience in delivering enterprise solutions in the Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Security space, or product management experience in consumer experience field, is strongly preferredSelf-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environmentEffectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writingAnalytical and quantitative reasoning skillsGood critical thinking and data-based decision-making skillsAdaptable, open-minded, quick learner
