This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and technical understanding to bridge buyer needs with our product capabilities.As the voice of the buyer, you will identify their challenges, translate insights into actionable solutions, and drive product adoption by shaping offers that resonate with automotive customers.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Develop deep insight into automotive buyer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Conduct market and customer research to track trends, technology shifts, and competitors. Represent the buyer's voice across product, sales, and strategy discussions. Translate buyer insights into solution opportunities within the product portfolio. Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure feasibility and market fit. Define clear value propositions and business cases for target segments. Partner with marketing to shape go-to-market plans and sales tools. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on buyer lifecycle insights. Connect sales, marketing, service, and operations for consistent solution delivery. Provide market input for roadmap, pricing, and launch decisions. Act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers during implementation. Track solution adoption, satisfaction, and ROI. Use feedback to refine offerings and messaging. Anticipate market shifts and update strategies accordingly. Profile 5+ years of experience in online marketplaces or e-commerce, preferably in product management, commercial solutions, or business development. Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage. Strong understanding of buyer behavior, KPIs, and decision-making processes. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across organizational levels. Skilled at translating technical capabilities into commercial value. Analytical mindset with strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
