Product Manager Life Retail

Shape the future of life insurance at Allianz Help us develop individual life insurance solutions (savings, pension, protection) that make a real difference for our customers.What you will do You define and own the product strategy for individual life insurance in Belgium: both new concepts and enhancements of existing portfolios.You translate market trends and customer needs into concrete product features, business cases and launch plans.You partner across functions (actuarial, legal & compliance, sales/distribution, IT) to bring products from concept to implementation and into-force management.You monitor product performance (profitability, KPIs), propose optimisation actions and ensure clear process documentation and system updates.You ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for Belgium life insurance products.What we are looking for 3-5+ years of experience in individual life insurance (branches 21/23) or equivalent product role.Good understanding of financial/actuarial/legal aspects of life insurance.Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and draw insights for product decisions.Excellent communication skills: you turn complex product detail into clear messages for stakeholders and distribution.Comfortable working with multiple teams and navigating cross-functional dependencies.Fluency in Dutch or French + good level of the other national language; English is a plus.Experience with tools such as Excel/VBA is expected; experience in SAS, R or Python is a plus.What we offer A key role within a global insurance leader.Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working (hybrid model) + home-office options.Modern office in central Brussels (near Bruxelles-Nord).Extensive training & development opportunities, international exposure.Supportive team culture with space for initiative and growth.Ready to join?
