This is an exciting career path for motivated individuals looking to build complex, impactful solutions that define the future of customer engagement.Product ManagerWhat you will do:Lead a cross-functional team to bring new features and products to market that delight our customers and help our business growReview customer feedback across different sources and maintain a feature backlogIdentify strategic industry partners, build business cases for prioritization, and manage integration initiativesUnderstand the different competitors, their strengths and weaknesses, and product capabilitiesUnderstand business priorities and maintain a short and long term product roadmap to help us achieve our key business objectivesLead sales and customer calls for feature discovery and requirements gathering, feedback collection and feature demoWork with the support and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs in a timely manner to ensure a high quality customer experienceTranslate customer and business requirements into user stories and detailed product specifications to explain the "why" and the "what" to the engineering teamCreate wireframes and other artifacts to support user stories and product specificationsPartner with the design team to produce high fidelity mockups and prototypesOrganize feature reviews with internal stakeholders, resolve conflicts and drive alignment on new feature development initiativesExecute pilots of new product concepts with early access customers, learn, iterate and then scale quicklyCreate collaterals for the Product Marketing team for new feature releasesWork with technical writer(s) to create, maintain and update user guides for new and existing featuresBuild out product tours and onboarding flows to drive feature awareness and adoptionCommunicate key initiatives and milestones to all the stakeholders and ensure organization wide visibility into the product roadmapEstablish success metrics, measure and monitor performance of each featureUse quantitative and qualitative data to build new features or deprecate existing onesWho you are:Excellent communicator and collaboratorStructured problem solver and expert at prioritizationAbility to communicate with engineers on technical feasibility of ideas and projectsAesthetic design capabilities combined with clean UX instinctsCustomer empathy and an eagerness to interview and work with our customersAbility to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authorityThrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomySelf-starterEagerness to learnDetail-orientedTeam playerRequirementsWhat you will need:At least 3 years of product management experience in a B2B cloud based SaaS product companyExperience creating product specs that identify problems, opportunity, goals, metrics, as well as use cases and product requirements that help design and engineering teams develop solutions and measure successExperience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch executionExperience with wire-framing using Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, InDesign or with AI Assistants like Claude or similar toolsPrior experience partnering with product designers on requirements, risks, and usabilityExperience setting up and analyzing product utilization and user data on Amplitude, Mixpanel or a similar analytics toolJIRA/Confluence proficiencyTechnical aptitude to understand & scope projects working with third party APIsBachelors / Masters or more in computer science or related disciplineNice to havesPrior experience in a startup environmentExperience running user testsDomain knowledge in building marketing cloud productsData/SQL experiencePrior experience working with geographically distributed teamsPrior experience driving features that leveraged AI to drive measurable business impactPerks and BenefitsCompetitive salary along with stock option grants.Excellent hospitalization, personal accident, and term insurance coverage.Located in a top-notch facility in Baner - one of the best neighborhoods for tech startups.Daily catered breakfast, lunch, and snacks along with a well-stocked pantry.A team that cares about you.
