Supported by our expert team, we proudly stand beside healthcare professionals and grow with a patient-centered vision.We are now looking for a Product Manager based in Istanbul to join our dynamic and dedicated team.Qualifications:·      Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Marketing, Pharmacy, or Medicine)·      Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry·      Know-how in Ophthalmology, Oncology or Hematology is an asset·      Strong understanding of corporate processes and compliance principles in pharma·      Excellent stakeholder and project management skills·      Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and influencing abilities·      Fluency in EnglishKey Responsibilities:·      Develop, update, and execute brand strategies and marketing plans·      Conduct customer segmentation, market and competitor analyses, and derive actionable insights·      Build and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders·      Collaborate closely with Sales and Medical teams to ensure strategic and operational plan alignment, providing feedback and support·      Maintain clear communication and partnership with global business partners·      Plan and perform joint field visits with Sales and Medical teams to enhance market engagement
