As a value-added distributor, CE Nexus delivers integrated EdTech, content, and research solutions to higher education institutions, along with two additional functions: investing in promising EdTech ventures and developing its own educational products.This Product Manager role will focus exclusively on supporting CE Nexus as a distributor. Since product management is crucial for a distributor, it represents one of the company's core competencies. The Product Manager will lead the acquisition, development, and regional expansion of EdTech products and partnerships throughout Southeast Asia. Because CE Nexus leverages C&E ALS' strengths, it shares services with the product division and product management units of C&E ALS. Therefore, this position requires collaboration with C&E ALS to ensure alignment across divisions.QualificationsHolder of a bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.Experience Proven strategic and analytical skills with experience managing full product lifecycles.5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Partner Management, or Business Development within the Education Technology or SaaS industry.Regional experience covering foreign markets, preferably in Southeast Asia.Demonstrated success in product roadmap execution, market entry strategy, and partner growth management.Strong understanding of K-12 and higher education market trends, curriculum integration, and procurement processes.Key ObjectivesProduct/Partner - Planning Evaluate/Analyze the current product mix of CE NexusIdentify gaps and areas for growth for CE Nexus product linesDevelop the product acquisition roadmap for CE Nexus, while ensuring product-market fit and alignment to the overall CE Nexus directionDetermine key priorities for product acquisitionProduct/Partner - AcquisitionCreate partner-specific business plans as strategic proposals to formalize new partnershipsEnsure partner-related requirements are provided to them on a timely mannerCoordinate with internal product teams for further evaluation of the productMaintain and manage the product acquisition pipelineProduct/Partner - RetentionExecution of business plans for each partner, with the end-goal of achieving each annual targetCoordination with sales in product mapping and positioning to generate sales/revenue for partnersJoint-partner negotiation and coordination with internal product teams for quotationsSales pipeline management and reporting to each partnerAddress technical concerns, which require partner involvementProduct/Partner - DevelopmentPresentation of annual review and annual strategic planning with partners for continuous improvementCoordination with Sales teams for product enablement trainings with partners to upskill and reskill product-based knowledge and competenciesOther specific functions of the role are as follows: Execute the market entry strategy for the partner's products by executing the business plan and developing the go-to-market approach.Determine and ensure all product positioning is fully aligned with regional educational standards and market conditions.Identify, evaluate, and acquire potential EdTech solutions and partnerships tailored to regional market needs.Develop a comprehensive product map to highlight portfolio gaps and identify growth opportunities.Lead the creation of product roadmaps to guide enhancement, rollout, and long-term strategic direction.Oversee end-to-end partner relationships, from acquisition through ongoing performance management.Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with partners to ensure alignment and growth.Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to maintain coordination and seamless execution of initiatives.Collaborate with sales teams to effectively manage the product sales pipeline.Monitor partner contributions and performance to ensure revenue targets are met.Craft/Suggest strategic bundles between CE Nexus products to meet the client's needs.Analyze market trends and competitor activity develop competitive and profitable pricing models.Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partner pricing agreements, ensuring optimal pricing for clients.Develop and deliver product training, presentations, and sales enablement programs for internal teams and partners.Ensure partner alignment and a strong understanding of the company's EdTech solutions.Work closely with relevant departments to align the product roadmap with business objectives, highlight key products for major events, and support repositioning or realignment of non-moving or slow-moving offerings.Provide strategic insights to drive market development and support client acquisition efforts.Perform additional tasks assigned by the superior to support departmental goals.Comply fully with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, management directives, and other official instructions.
