This role is a unique blend of strategic product thinking and hands-on project execution, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development and delivery of SME Bureau 2.0.Act as the main point of contact across functional teams: product, data, engineering, QA, and operations.Coordinate project planning, define timelines and milestones, and manage sprint cadences.Maintain clear project tracking using dashboards and ensure thorough documentation of product requirements.Proactively identify and flag risks, manage blockers, and ensure timely delivery across internal and external stakeholders.Support commercial and partnership teams in client readiness activities and go-live coordination.Ensure regulatory requirements and data compliance considerations are embedded throughout the delivery process.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.4–7 years in product management or hybrid product/project roles.Hands-on experience managing B2B digital products (web).Familiarity with Agile methodology and sprint planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Asana, Meegle).Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, priorities, and delivery timelines.Strong analytical mindset and data fluency (e.g., funnel metrics, SQL basics).Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaNice To HaveExperience in fintech, particularly in credit reporting or financial products for SMEs.Familiarity with enterprise client management, including onboarding processes and KYB (Know Your Business)workflows.Understanding of data pipelines, credit analytics, or working with data-centric platforms.Knowledge of behavioral design principles or experience applying gamification strategies to enhance user engagement.Relevant certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Product School, PMP, or other Agile frameworks.
