Job Descriptions:Full Product Lifecycle ManagementManaging the full product lifecycle for all products in assigned categories, ensuring relevance,competitiveness, and profitability from launch to end-of-cycle.Project ManagementLead category projects, including new launches, improvements, end-of-sales, and end-of-cycle actions to optimise portfolio performance by analysing product sales performance and customer feedback to assess strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas.Strategic Product RoadmapDevelop and execute product roadmaps by identify opportunities and product gaps to align with business direction, customer needs, and sales objectives.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Procurement, etc.) to align product strategies and gather cross-functional inputs for product initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related fields.Professional certifications in Data Analytics or Product Management are an added advantage.Minimum 3 years of working experience in product strategy/management, business analysis, or strategic planning.Preferably experienced in household and home appliances (TV, Refrigerator, Air-Cond)Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.Solid analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret data and trends effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate across functions.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Curious and open-minded—comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Passionate about learning, exploring ideas, and challenging the status quo.Sole contributor.
