To write our next success story, we need to keep innovating and developing our global in-house products.As a Product Manager for CPaaS Integrations, you will directly impact Infobip’s portfolio by leading the discovery, definition, building, launching, and scaling of products focused on CPaaS integrations as part of our Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solution.What You'll DoDiscover customer and partner needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives.Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Share the product vision with all stakeholders: customers, partners, management, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams.Act as the subject matter expert for CPaaS integrations.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build the product.Ensure company readiness for product launches by removing roadblocks.What Makes You a Strong FitExperience with end-to-end software product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies.Proven experience working with both external and internal stakeholders.Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, LESS, Kanban, or others).Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel abroad.Nice-to-have QualificationsExperience building integrations.Involvement in shaping product strategy.Hands-on experience with CPaaS.Why you'll love it here Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.
