For more information about us, you can visit the Crunchr career page.SOME CONTEXT ABOUT THE ROLE:As Product Manager (PM) at Crunchr, you will be the bridge between complex organizational challenges and elegant product solutions. You will own the discovery of high-impact opportunities and build compelling cases for why they matter (the why) and guide their transformation into reality alongside engineering and design.Some of your responsibilities will be:Product Discovery & StrategyConnect with HR leaders, analysts, and end-users to understand the problems they experience.Identify opportunities by synthesizing user research, usage analytics, market trends, and your own creative insights.Build and communicate a compelling product vision that ties individual features back to broader organizational challenges.Research and validate ideas for feasibility and impact before committing to development.Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that articulate the problem, proposed solution, and success metrics.Roadmap & DeliveryOwn and communicate a part of the product roadmap of Crunchr, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives.Translate prioritized problems into well-scoped Jira tickets that engineers can work with.Partner with developers to assess technical feasibility and make smart trade-offs between scope, quality, and speed.Track delivery progress, remove blockers, and ensure solutions meet user needs through hands-on functional testing.Collaborate with marketing on release planning to maximize adoption and impact.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with engineers and designers to refine solutions throughout the development cycle.Present roadmap updates and strategic rationale to internal and external stakeholders.Build alignment across teams by connecting initiatives to our overarching product vision.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:MUSTSA University degree in business, computer science, IT, engineering, or marketing.3-5 years in Product Management or in an (People) analytics field.Proven track record of problem-first thinking: You understand how data flows, user workflows, and technical components interconnect and can connect individual features into coherent product narratives that solve real organizational challenges.Demonstrated ability to drive products from discovery through delivery in complex (B2B SaaS) environments or to manage projects to deliver value in complex environments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build consensus.
