What will you be doing?In this position, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of a Generative AI solution that enhances and automates credit report generation for the Australia and New Zealand region. You will define the product vision and roadmap, translate business needs into concrete product features, and coordinate the work of a multidisciplinary team of 7–9 professionals within the AI Impact Lab program.Your role involves aligning stakeholders across various domains. These domains include data, business, and technology. Furthermore you are ensuring that all deliverables meet governance, quality, and compliance standards. You will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, manage priorities based on strategic value, and facilitate collaboration between the regional teams and headquarters in Utrecht. By doing so, you will play a key role in developing innovative, data-driven solutions that bring tangible value to both the organization and its customers.Who are you?You bring a strong combination of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and communication skills. With at least five years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile environment, you know how to translate complex ideas into actionable product goals. You have a solid background in data-driven and AI-powered solutions, and you’re comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology. Your ability to manage diverse stakeholders, align priorities, and maintain structure in a dynamic setting allows you to deliver high-impact results. Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset help you identify new opportunities and drive innovation from concept to implementation.Requirements:At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a complex, agile environment;a Masters degreeknowledge of AI/GenAI applications and a strong affinity with data-driven solutions;excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technology;familiarity with governance and stage-gate processes is a plus;strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus);experience with Agile;banking experience is preferred.What do we offer?A competitive salary of €5.979.- based on 40 hours, the role is 36 hours;13th-month salary and holiday allowance;possibility to work partly from home;25 vacation days (based on full-time employment);a well-structured pension scheme and travel reimbursement;a diverse, inclusive, and forward-thinking work culture where your ideas are valued;self employment is not an option.
