As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our strategic partnership with a leading AI operating system provider.Key InformationSalary: 130 – 160 PLN net/h – pure B2B contractWorking hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Polish time / CET) remaining 2 hours flexibleIt Is Vital That You Havefluency in English (min. C1);7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years working in or adjacent to LLMs, ML systems, or AI evaluation workflows;proven ability to define and ship complex internal platforms or ML tooling incollaboration with technical teams;strong technical fluency – you can speak the language of LLM evaluation, prompt design, and fine-tuning;deep systems-thinking orientation: able to design frameworks and processes that scale across clients and use cases;exceptional communication skills – you translate technical complexity into clarity for diverse audiences;experience in fractional or startup environments where autonomy, speed, and ownership are essential;eager to learn and share knowledge;willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).You Will Be Responsible For Supporting Our Team Indefine, prioritize, and refine features that streamline the creation and delivery of bespoke model evaluations;develop workflows that combine automated and human-in-the-loop methods for prompt generation, classifier training, and adversarial testing, synthesizing insights into clear action-oriented reports;partner with ML engineers, software engineers, and delivery to define engineering roadmap and manage client project delivery;work with forward-deployed engineers and delivery teams to distill bespoke client requirements into scalable templates and automation flows;define metrics and feedback loops to measure evaluation performance, precision, and turnaround time – driving continuous improvement;manage day-to-day product delivery (jira tickets, standups) while shaping long-term direction for how evaluations become a core part of Invisible’s AI ecosystem;share progress and learnings with leadership and clients through clear, data-driven storytelling and documentation.What Do We Offerpossibility to work 100% remotely or on-site at our office in Gdańsk;private Medical care;group insurance;pre-paid card or Sport Card;referral program;real Agile practices;employee well-being online platform;cafeteria benefits.Sounds like your cup of tea?We are excited to have you on our team!Apply!
