Our platform automates complex financial workflows like self-billed invoices, reconciliation, and payment matching.We’re backed by top venture capital firms from the US and Europe and led by experienced founders and operators from the fintech and SaaS space.Now, we’re looking for a Product Manager who understands both the financial and operational backbone of SMBs someone who can translate ERP-level processes into intuitive, AI-driven product experiences.The RoleYou’ll report directly to the Co-Founder & COO and work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to shape our financial automation platform.This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of financial and operations processes and experience in ERP or business management systems.You’ll own the product roadmap from ideation to launch - ensuring every feature helps customers simplify complexity, improve cash flow, and operate smarter.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Execution• Define and prioritize the roadmap for financial operations automation (invoice matching, payments, reconciliation)• Communicate directly with customers and translate complex workflows into user-friendly product features• Collaborate with engineering to scope, design, and ship product releases on time• Align product development with company OKRs and operational goals• Manage feedback loops from customers, stakeholders, and partners to improve product-market fitFinancial & Operational Expertise• Serve as the subject-matter expert for ERP-related processes (accounts receivable, self-billing, cash management, reconciliation)• Work with the COO to design scalable workflows and business logic aligned with European SMB accounting standards• Support integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, DATEV) and financial service providers• Define KPIs to measure operational efficiency and financial accuracyCross-Functional Leadership• Partner with design to create intuitive UX flows for complex financial processes• Collaborate with engineering to balance speed and quality in execution• Support go-to-market teams with feature documentation, demos, and training materials• Contribute to the broader company strategy alongside founders and leadershipRequired Qualifications:• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or Consulting within SaaS, fintech, or ERP-related fields• Strong understanding of financial and operational workflows, ideally in SMB or B2B environments• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar)• Previous consulting or process optimization experience is a plus• Ability to define and track product metrics (adoption, retention, accuracy, automation impact)• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments and collaborating cross-functionally• Excellent communication skills in GermanNice to Have:• Experience with AI or automation technologies in financial operations• Understanding of European invoicing and accounting regulations• Background in financial process consulting or ERP implementation projects• Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation toolsWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary benchmarked against senior roles in European tech hubs• Direct collaboration with founders and leadership in shaping core product strategy• Significant autonomy to drive product vision and execution• Modern tools and freedom to choose the right solutions• Real impact — your work directly shapes product success and customer outcomes• Office in Frankfurt with a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvementWhat Makes You a Great Fit:You’re a product thinker with operational instincts — equally fluent in process maps and user stories.
