Driven by boldness, optimism, and respect, we believe in the power of speed to catalyze change.Role DescriptionJob Title: Product Manager (Founding team Role)Location: Bangalore, Full-time, On-siteExperience: 2+ years in product managementCompensation: 10 - 12 LPAAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Manager to join EDT, working directly with the Co-Founder (Product). This role is central to shaping our product roadmap, ensuring timely execution, and bringing valuable consumer insights into the design process.If you thrive on responsibility, act with integrity, and love connecting dots between consumer needs and product design, you’ll fit right in.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Co-Founder to define and manage the product roadmap.Conduct consumer interviews, community conversations, and market research to inform product decisions.Draft effective questionnaires and research frameworks to uncover real pain points.Analyze pricing models and competitive landscapes to support product positioning and recommendations.Write PRDs and collaborate with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to translate insights into execution.Maintain timelines, track schedules, and ensure product launch milestones are met.Proactively identify new opportunities for product design, innovation, and differentiation.Summarize insights and present clear recommendations to leadershipRequirements2+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer products, hardware, or lifestyle brands.Prior experience in consumer appliances and consumer electronics is a must.Strong research, interviewing, and analytical skills – able to read between the lines and spot hidden insights.Comfort with structuring pricing, benchmarking, and market data into actionable recommendations.Obsessive about the product and consumer experience – detail-oriented and unwilling to settle for “good enough.”Highly responsible, and committed to acting with integrity.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.What We OfferOpportunity to work directly with the founding team.Exposure to the full product lifecycle – from insight to launch.A fast-paced, design-led environment with a focus on innovation and modern living.A chance to build products that define Better Modern Living for millions of households.
