You'll be an integral part of our Product team, consisting of Designers, Engineers, and Data experts. We'll champion your development and challenge you to be bold and ambitious.As our Product Manager, you'll be responsible forProduct Management & DeliveryResponsible for the delivery of the product vision and its successDrive the product discovery for features and initiatives on the roadmapTranslate the product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation and continuous improvementMonitor and adapt the product vision and roadmap as constraints are identified whilst staying true to the product visionBacklog ManagementApply a strategic mindset to user story prioritisation and deliveryContinually maintain a prioritised backlog of user storiesBalance business goals, stakeholder expectations and customer desirability with what can feasibly be delivered (technically and within available time and budget)Represent the customer and business in decision-making prioritisation during release and sprint planningAble to identify, filter and prioritise customer complaints and feedbackCollaboration and Team ManagementCollaborate with designers and product leadership team to plan, undertake and input results of testing and performance measurement into future release and roadmap planningCollaborate with our Product Designers to ensure we deliver best-in-class designs, and create appropriate user stories and acceptance testsCollaborate with Developers to ensure the product vision and designed solutions are feasible and viableWork with Sales and Marketing to develop launch collateral with the aim of educating and sharing Product's vision with customers and prospects alikeCollaborate with Professional Services and Support teams to create rollout and implementation plans for existing customersCommunicationConcisely explain ideas, issues or project status to key stakeholders and the wider organisation at an appropriate level of business or technical detailEnsure product requirements are gathered accurately and are communicated transparently to the product squadBe able to host, conduct and articulate presentations to the whole organisation, including C-level execs, as well as corporate partners and external customers. For this role, you'll also bring{{:}}Undergraduate degree (Business Systems, IT or Engineering disciplines preferred)5+ years of experience in product management and strategy, with a proven record of successfully launching products3+ years working experience with software development teams using agile (Scrum preferred). Innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and user-centric designDemonstrate ability to drive cross-functional alignment, motivation and coordinate teamsStrong analytical skills, with a goal to be data-informed and metrics orientedSelf-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain situationsAble to write well-defined specifications to clearly communicate expected product outcomesTrack record of being able to critically analyse data samples (both qualitative and quantitative) and produce sensible insights to fuel product initiativesAble to challenge expectations and question the status quo on a day-to-day basisHungry, creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven with a diverse skill set Experience validating ideas and generating user feedback through different customer research methodologiesProven commercial acumen with the ability to build financial models and execute on business driversBonus{{:}}Experience with HR and/or payroll softwareKnowledge of how global leave management is administeredInternational product experience.
