Job Description – Product Management Team (PMT)Brand: Daulcél (Fredun Pharmaceuticals Ltd - FPL)Department: Marketing and Product StrategyLocation: Lower Parel, Mumbai (HO)Experience: 2–8 years in Pharma / Dermatology / Aesthetics / Nutraceuticals (Experience with IV/IM injectables preferred)Role OverviewDaulcél is a luxury aesthetics brand focused on IV and IM therapy injectables, dermatology driven skincare and premium nutraceuticals.We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive portfolio development, brand strategy, doctor engagement and launches across India and global markets.You will be the strategic link between R&D, regulatory, design, marketing and sales.Key Responsibilities1. Product and Brand StrategyIdentify new product opportunities in IV injectables, skincare and nutraceuticals.Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.Build product positioning, branding and launch plans.2. Marketing and Go to Market ExecutionPlan and execute campaigns, digital content, LBLs, visual aids, and sales kits.Ensure premium luxury brand experience across all touchpoints.3. KOL, Clinics and Sales EnablementDrive doctor engagement, CMEs, clinic activation programs.Train sales team on product knowledge and brand narrative.Track sales performance and drive market growth.4. Regulatory and ComplianceEnsure claims, packaging and communication comply with FSSAI, CDSCO and internal quality standards.Coordinate with regulatory for documentation and approvals.5. Cross Functional CollaborationWork with design, supply chain, clinical and R&D teams for timely execution.Act as brand custodian across digital and offline channels.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: B Pharm / M Pharm / MBA (Marketing or Pharma Management preferred)Experience: 5–8 years in Product Management (Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Injectables or Nutraceuticals)Strong understanding of aesthetics market, GTM strategy and KOL engagement.Ability to blend scientific credibility with luxury brand storytelling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.How to Apply:Send your CV to aditya.sahu@fredungroup.comwith subject line:“Application – PMT Team (Daulcél) Fredun Pharmaceuticals Ltd”
