Job Summary:A Product Manager oversees the development, launch, and continuous improvement of products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.This role bridges business, technology, and user experience, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle.Responsibilities:Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.Prioritise features and manage product backlogs using agile methodologies.Develop product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.Monitor product performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvements.Communicate product updates and strategy to stakeholders and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations, including data protection (GDPR).Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Aha!, Trello, or Asana).Strong communication and leadership abilities.Experience in digital products, SaaS, or technology sectors preferred.
