Product Manager

RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within software development projects.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and drive product vision and execution.Proficient in project and product management tools, including: Wrike, Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including development, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.Experience in conducting user research, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.Capable of tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables across different teams and tools.Familiar with backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong decision-making skills and ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
