Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to shape our product strategy in the LATAM region (excluding Brazil). Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate market and customers insights into clear product requirements and go-to-market strategies for LATAM region (excluding Brazil).Establish and maintain regular, consistent and direct contact with customers to develop an in-depth understanding of user workflows, needs, market trends required to shape product strategy effectively and meet the requirements defined by ISI management.Prioritize EMIS product enhancements based on commercial value, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Maintain a comprehensive awareness of competitive offerings and market trends.Develop and document product specifications and business strategies aligned with EMIS commercial goals and revenue targets. Serve as the primary EMIS product contact for clients, distributors and partners, sales and support organisations in LATAM.Equip sales and support teams with the necessary product knowledge, training, and materials to enable them to meet sales targets and support customer success.Deliver product demonstrations at trade shows, industry events, and during client/prospect/partners visits.Identify local content needs and lead local content procurement, including price and contract negotiation.Continuously monitor and analyse the competitive landscape to identify emerging trends, threats and opportunities relevant to out product and market positioning.Lead local GTMs initiatives to proactively communicate product strategy, updates, and key competitive insights to sales teams, ensuring alignment and readiness across the commercial organisation.Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in product management/product specialist or customer success, ideally in a commercial or B2B information or financial services environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field with solid understanding of financial and economic markets.Strong understanding of market analysis and competitive positioning.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building enthusiastic support for new business ideas.
