Position:In this hybrid role, you’ll spend 50% of your time shaping the product strategy and roadmap, and 50% acting as a Business Analyst supporting development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You’ll be the go-to person for the UI product, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, data-driven experiences.Responsibilities:■ Product Strategy & PlanningDefine and maintain the product roadmap and execution plans aligned with business goals. Conduct competitive analysis of tools like Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and Google Analytics to inform product direction. Own the product conversion funnel, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.■Requirements & DeliveryTranslate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams. Define scope, milestones, and release plans (MVPs and major versions). Create wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma; actively participate in design reviews. Support QA with test planning, user acceptance testing, and bug triage.■Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, QA, and Project Managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Analyze user feedback, KPIs, and production issues to inform roadmap decisions. Present KPIs and insights to stakeholders to drive alignment and prioritization.■Compliance & OperationsEnsure all features meet data security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, APPI). Manage service operations across products with varying lifecycles. Collaborate with external vendors and partners for evaluations and ongoing support.■Service ManagementOversee the operational health of the product portfolio, including incident response, release planning, and lifecycle transitions. Manage products across different maturity stages—from launch to sunset—ensuring continuity and performance. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain SLAs, monitor uptime, and drive continuous improvement. Lead vendor evaluations and manage third-party relationships to support product delivery and maintenance.QualificationsMandatory ExperienceProduct Management: 5+ years managing enterprise products with 5,000+ MAUs.Data Analysis: 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and data interpretation.Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GDPR, APPI, and other data regulations.Conversion Funnel Ownership: Proven track record in optimizing user journeys and growth.Tool Expertise: Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA, Tableau); certifications preferred.Crisis Management: Ability to handle outages and critical issues impacting business functions.Service Management: Experience managing a portfolio of products with varying lifecycles, including vendor and client management.Desired ExperienceExperience with multi-lingual product environments.Advanced certifications in analytics tools.Background in UI design and development.
