Key Responsibilities: Converting business strategy into actionable product plans Developing and owning the product roadmap Leading end-to-end product execution—from ideation to launch Aligning cross-functional teams (technology, operations, compliance, and business) to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery Planning and executing go-to-market strategies Driving product profitability and maintaining ownership of the business case Delivering market and product insights to inform strategic decisions Partnering with product marketing to define key messaging and value propositions Drafting high-level product requirements and user stories Managing product lifecycle, including user feedback, enhancements, and issue resolution Supporting the revenue and client success teams in product solutioning and implementation Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline Experience in the Fintech or Payments industry preferred Strong background in Project Management – PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage Knowledge and experience with cash settlement processes, SWIFT messaging, or related banking operations Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle Highly effective in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Previous experience delivering well-structured go-to-market or product rollout strategies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
