Product Manager - MPAY AlbaniaMPAY is a licensed Payments Service Institution operating a domestic and regional peer-to-peer instant payment network and platform. We believe in creating seamless digital experiences that enable financial inclusion and drive the future of cashless transactions across the region.Position OverviewThe Product Manager will play a key role in shaping MPAY’s digital products under the KUIK brand, but also white label solutions we shall develop from time to time. You will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap — bridging business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, drafting abilities, technical comprehension, creativity, and execution excellence to deliver impactful fintech products.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with MPAY’s business objectives.Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and pain points.Translate business requirements into clear product functional and technical specifications and user journeys.Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams, as well as bank partners to deliver product releases on time and within scope.Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and propose continuous improvements.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across company structure.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, payments, or digital banking.Strong understanding of the digital payments ecosystem, mobile apps, APIs, and customer lifecycle management.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.Excellent drafting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluent in English and Albanian.Preferred Skills·       Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).·       Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI).·       UX/UI understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.·       Passion for financial inclusion, digital innovation, and improving customer experience.What We Offer·       A dynamic and collaborative environment at the forefront of Albania’s fintech transformation.·       Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.·       Opportunities for professional growth and international exposure.·       Comfortable working environment and supportive leadership.How to ApplySend your CV and a short motivation letter to info@mpay.al with the subject line: Product Manager Application – [Your Name].
