Most cyber attacks involve a compromised identity. Our job is to make sure it is protected.As a product manager, you take ownership for the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap of your product domain. You act as the CEO feeling empowered to drive the business, listening to customers, and understanding market and competitive trends. You translate this insight into a prioritized backlog and work with engineering and the broader stakeholders to bring value to customers one increment at a time.What You'll DoOwn the development of a vision and strategy for Cove Data Protection’s EntraID backup and recovery solution.Work as a team (quadra) with Engineering, Architecture, and UX to drive discovery and reduce technical feasibility, value, and usability risks.Have a natural curiosity around how every outcome you deliver translates into a business value (reduced churn, improved net retention, increased ARR etc.).Responsible for managing all aspects of the product management lifecycle, from concept to release to end of service.Take pride in documenting amazing user stories and requirements. Take a data driven approach to prioritizing the backlog factoring in customer feedback, market trends, competition, and business metrics.Engage with customers multiple times per week to obtain feedback, emerging pain points and use cases, and establish requirements for upcoming releases.Collaborate with sales leadership to establish the go-to-market strategy, target customers, and exploit competitive differentiators.Partner with engineering to develop an understanding of the development tradeoffs, generate options and alternatives, and take a pragmatic approach to driving the best option forward.Monitor and influence product revenue, customer retention and support goals. Suggest course correction where applicable. What You'll BringDemonstrated track record of modern product management for SaaS / software products using an Agile / scrum at scale development approach.A passion and empathy for your customers along with the ability and urgency to translate their voice into a development roadmap.Proven track record to work as a team across sales, engineering, and other supporting business functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels.Verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact with customers, partners, press/analysts, and internal stakeholders with accuracy and professionalism.Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline to work effectively in a high-paced environment.Managed Service Provider (MSP) product or business experience a plus.Understanding of the data protection landscape in general and cloud and SaaS-delivery in specific.Background in identity management and protection a plus.Purple PerksMedical for employees, partner and dependents - fully covered for employees!
