At Smith+Nephew, we craft and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.To grow in-country market share through active support in development and execution of the regional annual marketing plan by acting as the single point of contact for external /internal stakeholders, and work closely with Business Unit Manager/Regional Marketing Director to create programs to generate quality leads to influence profitable sales growth for individual and team performances.What will you be doing?Drive S&N brand to success within the local marketplace by tailoring regional marketing strategies into the local marketing and business plans that achieve targeted sales and marketing goals.Provide marketing expertise and support to the sales team, distributors and other strategies partners within the assigned territories to drive aggressive sales growth and profitability.Be the ‘lead marketing expert” in the territory to adapt regional marketing strategies into assigned territory and to implement successful programs/plans with local sales, marketing and distribution partners within the territory.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives across the organization.Organize, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events.Presenting the product offering and the related commercial offers.Support new products launches in terms of pricing, terms and conditions and marketingProvide regular reports and updates to the Regional team on the status of implementation of the marketing plan within this territory.Gathering and providing qualitative feedback, input and updates to the regional team on marketing programs (competition, pricing, regulatory changes, etc.)Market analysis on competitive strengths and weaknesses.Evaluate and measure marketing efforts and initiatives within assigned territory.What will you need to be successful?Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.Successful candidates would need the following:Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or HealthcareKnowledge of assigned product and/or healthcare sales management preferred. 5-7 years’ sales or marketing experience - preferably in a Medical Devices BusinessExperience in Orthopedic/Recon businessYou.
