Joining Propel offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact by creating innovative products for leading brands.The rolePartner with our clients (starting with a successful B2C SaaS business) to help them design and deliver successful products, from vision and strategy through to delivery, launch, and measurement.Lead the articulation of problem spaces, define target outcomes, and establish key metrics.Translate business metrics into actionable product and technical requirements.Lead the team to deliver value in thin slices, gaining client confidence and trust along the way.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage bugs and enhancements.In conjunction with the Tech Lead, manage and communicate delivery performance; tracking progress, forecasting, refining backlogs, feedback loops.Lead continuous discovery activities; research and understand our client’s challenges and their user’s needsCollaborate with designers and the delivery team to develop creative solutions applying a set of product and design-centric approaches such as customer/user research, workshop facilitation and rapid prototyping.Influence and negotiate, forging alignment with client stakeholders, developers and managers.The requirementsProven Product Manager or Product Owner experience from a startup or scale-up environment, ideally with a product/platform integrations focus.Strong background in B2C SaaS and mobile apps, including app stores, subscriptions, and familiarity with marketing tech stacks (CRM, Meta, Google).Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau) and understanding of privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).Skilled in product and platform migrations, managing user, data, and subscription transitions with clear migration KPIs.Quick to grasp complex product domains and communicate concepts clearly across teams and audiences.Collaborative across design, engineering, and data, with a solid grasp of UX/UI, agile delivery, and exposure to AI/ML features.Strong stakeholder and vendor management, with excellent communication and documentation for async collaboration.Why Join?Recently recognised as a Great Place to Work for the second time.New state-of-the-art offices in Cremorne.Collaborative culture focused on trust, innovation, and staying connected.Hybrid working environment (minimum 3 days in the office).Flexible leave policies supporting work-life balance.Access to professional and personal development programs.The ability to work with reputable clients across diverse industries.Competitive remuneration package.Apply today!
