About Us: Ex Nunc Intelligence is an award-winning and VC-backed LegalTech startup based at EPFL Innovation Park in Lausanne, building the next-generation AI-powered legal platform. We are on a mission to transform legal knowledge access and management in order to empower legal professionals with cutting-edge tools. Our flagship product is called Silex. Job Description: We are looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of our product roadmap, work closely with founders, engineers, and users, and help shape a category-defining LegalTech solution. You will turn complex challenges into simple, intuitive features and play a decisive role in building a product used daily by lawyers, legal teams, and institutions. Key Responsibilities:Contribute to defining and executing the product vision and strategy alongside the founders.Prioritize features based on user needs, business value, technical constraints, and strategic goals.Maintain and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams.Lead discovery discussions with clients, beta testers, and legal experts.Collect, structure, and analyse feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and feature improvements.Translate insights into actionable product decisions and clear specifications.Write clear, concise, and actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate daily with the engineering team to guide development and ensure quality.Coordinate testing, validation, and iteration before each release.Ensure timely delivery of features and maintain a high-quality user experience.Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships teams.Prepare product documentation, release notes, and internal onboarding materials.Support go-to-market initiatives and help communicate product updates to clients.Analyse product usage, identify trends, and propose improvements.Monitor industry trends, competitor features, AI advancements, and legal sector dynamics to stay ahead.Contribute to building a strong product culture and methodology within the team. Who You Are:You have experience in Product Management or a strong motivation to grow into this role.You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and enjoy solving complex problems.You can switch easily between strategic thinking and operational execution.You are organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities.You excel at breaking down complexity into simple, intuitive product flows.You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with engineers and users.Bonus points if you have:Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, AI, or knowledge-intensive products.A background in law, engineering, or UX.Familiarity with RAG, LLMs, or information retrieval systems. Why Join Us:Build a product that is redefining legal knowledge at scale.Work at the intersection of AI, law, and product innovation.Collaborate with top experts (EPFL, Swiss Data Science Center, innovation labs…).Join a startup with strong traction, real clients, and major upcoming milestones.Take ownership, grow fast, and shape a product used by thousands of legal professionals.Be part of a mission-driven team that values creativity, rigor, and impact. Start date: As soon as possible (ASAP). Interested?Send your resume and a brief introduction to hello@exnuncintelligence.ch We look forward to hearing from you!
