This role is pivotal in shaping the future of front-end tools, and driving innovation through AI-powered solutions, MIS frameworks, and data-centric products.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategy & DevelopmentSupport and execute the analytics strategy for distribution productsIdentify and lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance data accessibility, predictive insights, and automation across the platform.Establish and evolve a robust Management Information System (MIS) to support decision-making and performance tracking.Innovation & Product LeadershipDrive the development of new products and services tailored to the needs of distributors and asset managers.Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure alignment and integration across Clearstream’s broader ecosystem.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a key representative for Distribution Products in internal and external forums.Liaise with stakeholders across Management, Products, Sales & RM, Operations, Legal & Compliance to gather insights and translate them into actionable solutions.Your ProfileYou have at minimum of 10 years professional industry experience in Product ManagementYou have a master’s degree in a financial, business or science-related field.You have proven experience in data analytics, product strategy, or distribution platforms within financial services.You offer a strong understanding of front-end tools, data architecture, and AI applications.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience leading cross-functional initiativesYou are self-motivated, resilient, can act independently, and collaborate well within a team-centric environment.You are a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious, and resilient.Your profile is rounded off by very good knowledge of MS Office application(s)
