About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to drive innovation, optimize user experiences, and streamline internal operations for our growing dating platform. Your role will involve understanding business needs, converting them into scalable mobile app solutions, and enhancing internal tools to ensure seamless user engagement and operational efficiency.What You Will Be Doing:Product Strategy & DevelopmentDefine the vision and roadmap for product enhancements that drive user engagement and business growth.Gather and translate business needs into product requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, with a focus on mobile app enhancements.Prioritize features based on data insights, user feedback, and industry trends.User Experience & Safety EnhancementsImplement new user-facing features that improve matchmaking, onboarding, and retention.Enhance safety features through AI moderation, privacy controls, and user verification improvements.Collab with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, and narratives for new features.Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and improve user satisfaction.Market & Industry AnalysisStay updated on dating industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Conduct market research, user feedback sessions, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to execute product plans effectively.Align with customer support teams to address user pain points and improve overall app usability.Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure features adhere to privacy and safety regulations.What We’re Looking For:2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a dating app or consumer tech platform.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience in A/B testing, and feature optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.Work closely with product, design, developers, operations, and other relevant team Support product launches and ensure smooth implementation
