Job Description

About SuprSendSuprSend is a developer-first notification infrastructure platform. We help product and engineering teams design, send, and manage multi-channel notifications without reinventing the wheel. Our mission is to make notifications effortless, reliable, and customer-first.We’re building the next generation of developer tools where AI meets notifications — from automated workflows and smart routing to AI-driven insights and assistants that make communication systems truly intelligent.Role DescriptionWe’re hiring a Product Manager for SuprSend — someone who loves problem-solving, learning fast, and working in-depth on a deeply technical product. This is a high impact role. At SuprSend, product is the backbone of everything we do — and what you build will directly impact revenue, growth, and customer success. You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, and design team to think about what we build next, ensure we ship high-quality, thoughtful features, and experiment with AI capabilities that redefine the industry. It’s fast, it’s challenging, and it’s fun — because the problems are real, the pace is high, and the learning curve is steep. What You'll doOwnership & CollaborationOwn outcomes, not tasks: take a problem from discovery → spec → delivery → adoption, coordinating across engineering, support, success, marketing, and third-party platforms—whatever it takes to ship.Keep a tight execution rhythm, unblock teams, and hit timelines with quality and high agency.Research & Deep ThinkingDo the homework: study adjacent products, do research, understand current workflows, talk to users; map out edge cases.Think end-to-end like a user: every screen, every API, every “what happens if…”. Your UX microcopy, docs, and pages are intentional and precise.Translate research into thoughtful design that feels effortless for developers.Problem Solving & ExecutionBreak fuzzy problems into crisp, structured components; form hypotheses; and design creative solutions.Be output-driven: measure what worked, what didn’t, and iterate until the target metric moves.Learning & CuriosityStay on top of new technologies — AI, LLMs, MCP, CLI tools, APIs — and bring them into product conversations.Learn fast, stay humble, and always look for feedback.Operate with a CEO mindset — take initiative, own your craft, and build things that last.Quality, Docs & TestingYou’ll test your own features — end-to-end, across edge cases and make sure everything works smoothly with no loose ends.Write product docs, release notes, docs, and occasional blogs that make complex flows simple and trustworthy.Data & MetricsDefine success metrics at spec time; instrument analytics; read the data to guide iteration and prioritization.Build and maintain feedback loops with customers and internal teams.GTM & AdoptionPartner with marketing on positioning, narratives, and launch plans; ensure features are explainable, discoverable, and adoptable.Repurpose product knowledge into enablement assets across web, docs, demos, and sales collateral. You Might Be a Fit If YouAre deeply curious — you want to understand how things work, not just how to ship them. Are obsessed with users and feel personally responsible when something is confusing or broken.Like deep work and gravitate toward research-oriented problem-solving rather than shallow execution. Are a structured thinker who can turn ambiguity into clear specs and timelines. Are data-driven and comfortable instrumenting, querying, and interpreting product metrics.Communicate crisply in writing (PRDs, UX copy, docs) and in async updates.Have 1–3 years in product management, product analytics, software development, or adjacent roles in fast-paced startups. Are from a Tier-1 engineering college with a strong academic foundation.(Bonus) Experience with devtools/infrastructure or notifications space. Why Join UsOpportunity to work in a recently funded, fast growing startup and high-performing team.Product-driven company — product is the business and every release impacts customers and revenue directly.Fun, tight-knit team that loves learning, shipping, and occasionally roasting each other’s PRDs.Career rocketship — grow across product, tech, and leadership faster than anywhere else.If you’re the kind of person who says, “I don’t know, but I’ll figure it out,” you’ll fit right in
