Grow with us, and be a part of the Bayanihan spirit.Role Overview Development of Brand PlansAnalyzes relevant market data and trends to identify growth opportunities, gaps, and insights for the brandCreates the brand vision and formulates brand strategies, positioning, and communication plans and programs (e.g. Sales, Market Share)Aligns with Enablers and applies knowledge of Unilab processes in developing brand plans (e.g. Trade and Patient programs with S&CD)Guides direct report/s in market analysis and plan developmentLaunching of New ProductsPrepares and leads collaboration with Enablers to deliver New Product requirements and launchManagement of Brand FinancialsDelivers brand sales targets and profitabilityMonitors actual product expenses vs budget in compliance with corporate financial guidelines and processesManagement of Brand InventoriesBalances supply and demand forecasts to support healthy inventories (e.g. Trade, Warehouse)Customer Relationship ManagementMaintains Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advisors and expands to other prescribers as brand growsDesigns cohesive and comprehensive solutions to continually enhance customer (MD and patient) experienceQualificationsAttained bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media and Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalentWith two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, or Business DevelopmentHas an understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) and different financial measures (Sales, Cost of Goods Sold, Ratios, Operating Income)With excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsDiligent, highly strategic, and detail-oriented We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
