JS Bank – Product Manager Wealth Department: Product Location: Shaheen Complex Grade: AVP 1 – AVP 2About the Role: JS Bank is looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Wealth to manage all wealth management products, including Bancassurance and Mutual Funds, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with SECP and SBP regulations. The role involves driving product initiatives, analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and supporting the bank’s wealth management growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Ensure smooth product and process management with sales campaigns and trainings.Develop incentive campaigns and provide operational support to achieve targets.Drive Bancassurance and Mutual Funds sales initiatives aligned with budgets.Monitor wealth operations, ensuring compliance and timely issuance.Conduct research & development for new wealth management products.Analyze MIS reports and complaints to improve processes and service standards.Maintain persistency levels of Bancassurance products.Manage internal and external audits.Investigate and respond to customer complaints; highlight recurring issues.Collaborate with marketing teams to design branch marketing collateral.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)Knowledge of wealth management, Bancassurance, and Mutual FundsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with SECP and SBP regulationsWhy Join JS Bank: Be part of a forward-thinking organization where your contributions in wealth management product strategy and operations will directly impact the growth and success of our clients and business.
