About the RoleIn this role, you will drive strategic go-to-market initiatives, lead national-scale product launches, manage in-app and email campaigns, support fintech-focused product development, and grow adoption across key financial, pay, and experience products.You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Research, Brand, CRM, and Operations teams to turn insights into impactful marketing strategies and measurable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead GTM strategy and execution for new product launchesSupport 0–1 product development and new fintech initiativesBuild messaging, positioning, and content for in-app and email channelsManage end-to-end integrated marketing campaignsConduct and synthesize user research & customer insightsPartner cross-functionally to drive adoption and satisfaction metricsRun marketing experiments and analyze performance resultsPresent insights, progress, and recommendations to leadershipWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in Product Marketing, GTM, Strategy, Consulting, or related rolesExperience executing GTM plans in fast-moving environmentsStrong background in marketing analytics, experimentation, and researchAbility to translate insights into high-impact messaging and product strategyExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfort moving between strategic planning and hands-on executionA builder’s mentality with strong communication and storytelling skills
