We have hub office locations in New York, Chicago, and Boston.Job DescriptionThe Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is the strategic link between Product, Marketing, Sales, and our customers. This role supports Curinos’ go-to-market (GTM) strategies and crafts product stories that differentiate us in competitive markets and resonate with target buyers. The PMM will own positioning, messaging, and the development of GTM assets across the product lifecycle — from market introduction to customer expansion. This position reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain product playbooks, including positioning and messaging tailored for target buyer personasConduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to inform both strategy and playbooksBuild and oversee go-to-market plans around product launches, feature releases, and promotionsEnable sales with the appropriate materials they need to succeed, such as battle cards, pitch decks, and other various collateralWork cross-functionally with account-based marketing and sales functions to align on persona narratives, buying-cycles and competitive positioning at the account levelGather and synthesize both customer and sales insights through internal data, external research and standardized feedback loopsTrack and influence KPIs related to the impact product marketing has across various GTM activitiesBase Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 (plus Bonus)Desired Skills & ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; advanced degrees a plus3-5 years of B2B product marketing experience for ManagerExperience working in Fintech / SaaS / or technology a plusExcellent written communications, PPT slide design and storytelling abilityStrong analytical skills, comfortable with competitive analysis and market dataExperience with sales enablement and GTM executionFamiliarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools, and cross-functional collaborationComfortable working in a high-growth, and data-driven environmentWhy work at Curinos?Competitive benefits, including a range of Financial, Health and Lifestyle benefits to choose fromFlexible working options, including home working, flexible hours and part time options, depending on the role requirements – please ask!Competitive annual leave, floating holidays, volunteering days and a day off for your birthday!
