Marketing/Social Media Manager - Home Builder

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Social Media Manager to join our team in the home building industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across various social media platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the home building sector.Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve engagement.Manage PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation.Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.Design and execute email marketing campaigns to communicate with potential and existing customers.Collaborate with the project management team to align marketing strategies with ongoing projects and customer needs.Work closely with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing goals with business objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the construction or home building industry.Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and customer engagement techniques.Proficiency in content creation, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.Experience with analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.Benefits Competitive base + bonus Full Medical, life insurance etc. 401K with company match PTO + Vacation + Sick timeEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
