Job Title: Product Marketing ManagerLocation: Singapore Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our products. In this role, you will bridge product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that our offerings are successfully launched, adopted, and differentiated in the market.This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, customer-focused, and passionate about storytelling and product growth.Key ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Strategy & ExecutionLead end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches and feature rollouts.Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences.Coordinate launch activities across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing.Market & Customer InsightsConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy.Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends.Develop customer personas and segmentation models to support product and marketing strategies.Sales EnablementCreate sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, and FAQs.Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product differentiation and key messaging.Analyse sales feedback and performance data to optimise product positioning.Product Storytelling & Content DevelopmentDevelop compelling product narratives for digital channels, campaigns, and events.Produce product-focused content including website copy, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and videos.Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Performance Tracking & OptimisationTrack product marketing KPIs (conversion, adoption, revenue impact, pipeline influence).A/B test messaging, campaigns, and user journeys to improve results.Use data insights to refine GTM strategies and improve customer engagement.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Product Managers to translate features into customer value.Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams on multi-channel campaigns.Work with Sales and leadership to align product priorities with business objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3–7 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or similar roles.Strong understanding of B2B or B2C product ecosystems, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital services.Proven experience with GTM strategies, product positioning, and competitive analysis.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to make decisions.Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) is a plus.What We OfferA collaborative, innovative, and high-growth environment.Leadership exposure and opportunities for career progression to Senior Product Marketing Manager or Head of Product Marketing.Competitive salary, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.Opportunity to influence brand perception and product success across regional or global markets.
