To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Marketers to help grow brand awareness and revenue for RemoFirst.We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and storytelling across our suite of global employment products.What you'll be doing:Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for RemoFirst’s full product portfolioLead all go-to-market efforts for product and feature launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and GrowthCreate and maintain product collateral, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards for internal and external useConduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritizationTranslate technical capabilities into value-driven narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and Operations audiencesCollaborate with Content and Growth teams to integrate product insights into campaigns and lifecycle marketingEnable Sales with storytelling frameworks and data-backed materials to improve win rates and product adoptionWhat you’ll need:4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS (HRTech or FinTech experience is a plus)Proven experience leading GTM launches and creating customer-focused messaging frameworksExcellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skillsComfort navigating technical product details and turning them into clear business valueCollaborative mindset — comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and MarketingWhy work at RemoFirst?Startup environment.
