Do you want to play a key role in shaping how a fast-growing international defence company positions, communicates and brings its products to market? As the new Product Marketing Manager at Sky-Watch you will take ownership of product and portfolio messaging, use cases, and go-to-market execution across the entire platform, ensuring clarity, credibility, and impact throughout a high-consideration B2G/defence buying process. You will join a high-tech company with market-leading UAV technology, operating in a rapidly growing and strategically important defence sector, where innovation, proactivity, and technical excellence are deeply embedded in the culture.You will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, and your key responsibilities will include:Positioning & Messaging: Own product and portfolio positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across channels.Use Cases & Stories: Own use cases and case stories, ensuring they are reused across marketing, sales, and partner activities.Go-to-Market & Launches: Lead product launches, major updates, and software releases, including narratives, release communication, and enablement materials.Sales & Partner Enablement: Develop and maintain sales and partner enablement assets, supporting effective pitching and objection handling.Market & Competitive Insight: Translate customer, market, and competitor insights into clear messaging and go-to-market priorities.Trust & Compliance Content: Ensure procurement-facing and compliance-related content supports the buying journey clearly and consistently.Stakeholder Collaboration: Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and partners by translating roadmap decisions into market-ready communication.To succeed in this role, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing/Communication, Technology Management, or a related field combining commercial and technical focus. You bring at least five years of experience in B2B or B2G product or solution marketing, preferably from technology-driven, regulated, or complex industries such as defence, aerospace, or B2B SaaS. You have proven experience defining positioning and value propositions, developing go-to-market plans, and creating practical sales enablement materials in close collaboration with product management, engineering or software teams, as well as sales and channel partners. You are skilled at translating complex technical products into clear customer value and compelling narratives and are fluent in professional English.You reside within an hour drive from the office in Støving, and you must be willing to travel approximately 30-40 days a year.As a person, you take ownership of your responsibilities and bring energy and commitment to your work. Furthermore, you are proactive and structured, and you are able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You thrive in a fast-changing environment and manage to keep calm and handle multiple products, projects and deadlines in parallel. With a strong analytical and curious mind-set, you can synthesize complex information into clear, actionable plans and translate complex topics into compelling, easy-to-understand communication.
